On August 5, 2008, National Centre for the Performing Arts will bring the audience a special concert entitled Assemble under the Five-ring Flag ----2008 Beijing Concert, to hail the three-day countdown to the Beijing Olympics. Global renowned singers Barbara Bonny, Charles Castronovo, Olga Borodina, Dai Yuqiang, Liao Changyong , both Chinese and international, are to make their best wishes to the Olympic Games through music and voice. National Centre for the Performing Arts is dedicated to commission a new piece of music Assemble under the Five-ring Flag, which is created by reputable Chinese composer Mr. Xu Peidong and Chinese song lyricist Mr. Yan Su. Audience will enjoy the world premier of the brand new song during the concert.

Assemble under the Five-ring Flag ----2008 Beijing Concert, will be another cultural feast of the Beijing Olympic year.
